Information We Collect

Fortunazo is an offline match-3 puzzle game. It does not require an account, login, or internet access to play.

The only information we store is your in-game progress, saved locally on your device using your operating system's standard storage mechanism. This includes:

Your coin balance and level completion records.
Daily reward streak count.
Achievement status and unlocked milestones.
Preferences such as colorblind mode and notification opt-in.

No personal data is collected. No advertising identifiers. No third-party analytics. No tracking pixels. No cross-app or cross-device profiles.

How We Use Information

Your locally stored progress is used solely to maintain your game state between sessions — so you resume exactly where you left off.

Coins and star scores persist across sessions.
Achievement progress is saved so milestones are tracked correctly.
Preferences are remembered so you don't need to re-configure each time.

We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, monetisation, or any commercial purpose beyond running the game on your device.

Information Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your data with any third party — because we do not hold any personal data about you.

The only third parties involved in your use of Fortunazo are Apple (App Store) and Google (Google Play), whose download and billing infrastructure is between you and them. We receive only the aggregate, anonymous analytics those platforms share with all developers (install counts, crash rates). We have no visibility into which individual downloaded the app.

Data Retention

All game data is stored on your device and remains there until you explicitly delete it or uninstall the app.

Use Reset Progress in Settings to wipe all saved data from your device.
Uninstalling Fortunazo removes all locally stored data permanently.

There are no server-side records, no cloud backups, and no retention periods to manage on our end.

Your Rights

Because all data lives on your device, you have complete control at all times.

Access: Your data is visible directly in the game (coin balance, level progress, achievements).
Deletion: Reset Progress in Settings deletes everything. Uninstalling removes the rest.
Export: There is no cloud account, so no export mechanism is needed or exists.
Opt-out: Disable notifications at any time in Settings or in your device's system notification preferences.

No server-side records exist. There is nothing for us to retrieve, correct, or delete on your behalf.

Notifications

Fortunazo may send a daily reminder notification to encourage you to return for your daily reward. These notifications are scheduled locally on your device and are not triggered by any server. You can disable them at any time in Settings or in your device's system notification preferences.

Children's Privacy

Fortunazo is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any data from children. If you believe a child has provided information through the app in error, please contact us and we will assist promptly.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes take effect as soon as the revised policy is posted here. Continued use of Fortunazo after changes are posted indicates your acceptance of the updated policy.
